1. Appointment Cancellations
- Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment by contacting us at least 4 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service value.
- “No-show” appointments (failure to attend without prior notice) will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- We understand plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if notice is given at least 4 hours in advance.
- Repeated last-minute rescheduling may require advance payment to confirm future bookings.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed, as spa treatments are personalized and time-based.
- Prepaid services, gift vouchers, or packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.
- If you experience any issue during your service, please inform the front desk or management immediately so that we can make it right.
4. Gift Cards & Prepaid Packages
- Gift cards and prepaid packages are valid until the expiration date mentioned at the time of purchase.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
5. Online Payments
- In case of an online payment error or duplicate transaction, please contact us within 24 hours for verification and correction.
- Refunds (if approved) for such cases will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Service Quality Concerns
- We take pride in delivering high-quality spa services. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please report the issue before leaving the spa.
- We will evaluate your concern and may offer a complimentary session or adjustment, based on management discretion.
