1. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially on weekends and holidays.
• Walk-in clients are welcome but are subject to therapist and room availability.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 4 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may result in full service charges.

3. Arrival Time

• Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your appointment time to complete consultation forms and relax before your session.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to avoid delays for other guests.

4. Health Conditions

• Clients are responsible for informing our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment begins.
• We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if it is deemed unsafe for the client or therapist.
• Pregnant clients should inform us at the time of booking to ensure appropriate services are recommended.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payments can be made by cash, UPI, or credit/debit card at the spa.
• Advance deposits may be required for certain packages or group bookings.

6. Gift Cards & Packages

• Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date mentioned.
• They are not redeemable for cash and can only be used for services offered by Dream Premium Spa.

7. Conduct & Etiquette

• We maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.
• Any inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or harassment towards staff or clients will result in immediate termination of service and a permanent ban from the premises.

8. Personal Belongings

• Please keep your valuables safe. Dream Premium Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during your visit.

9. Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue services, prices, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

• While we take utmost care in providing safe and professional treatments, Dream Premium Spa is not liable for any unforeseen allergic reactions, injuries, or conditions arising from undisclosed health issues.

11. Website Use

• All content, images, and materials on this website are owned by Dream Premium Spa and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
• Use of our website signifies acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
